Interior Designer:
Primarily working on commercial projects. Minimum of 2 years related experience and a BA in interior design are required. Professional experience required would be (but not limited to): finishes, field surveys, commercial space planning, test fits and CD’s for tenant fit outs, furniture layout and selection and finishes for major building projects. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-up, and be able to work in a fast-paced studio environment. Knowledge of BOMA and local building codes are a plus.
Intern Architect:
Candidate must be highly motivated and dedicated to architecture. Residential focus. BArch or MArch from an accredited architectural program, and should be on track to pursue NCARB IDP & licensure. Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience in a professional office. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; Revit & Sketch-up experience preferred. The successful candidate will be working with teams to produce quality CD’s, with minimum supervision. Must be familiar with all phases of the design and construction process.
